Europ Assistance Secures 08000 helpme

Europ Assistance, one of the UK’s leading assistance organisations has partnered with 08000 helpme to provide a complete range of 24 hour emergency assistance services to their customers.

08000 helpme is the essential "one call sorts it all" 24 hour worldwide personal emergency service. It is designed to help customers immediately if they discover the loss or theft of essential personal items, mobile phones, keys or credit cards. It is designed to complement any existing insurance provision a customer may have.

In the event of an emergency, one phone call to 08000 helpme puts customers back in control of their lives and will help them get in touch with providers to cancel lost or stolen cards, disable stolen mobile phones, arrange for urgent fund transfer, locksmiths, transport to return home and provide help in a medical emergency and get messages to friends or family. In addition, 08000 helpme can help customers whilst abroad with replacement passports, traveller cheques and documents as well as assistance in a medical emergency, and organising an interpreter or putting them in touch with a lawyer.
