
Europ Assistance employs over 400 staff in the UK and Ireland, split between our head office and Customer Assistance Centre in Haywards Heath and our Customer Assistance Centre in Navan, Ireland.
Our staff have a multitude of skills. We employ professionals from many fields including medical, legal, counselling, surveying, marketing, sales, IT, call centre management, insurance and underwriting. All share the common goal of providing first class assistance services to our clients and customers.
In addition to the staff who co-ordinate and arrange immediate assistance to our customers, we have a large team of highly trained support staff who ensure that the claims management process is as efficient as our instant response for assistance.
