We’ll arrange for one of the repairers on our nationwide list of approved tradesmen to resolve the problem. They will prevent further damage to your home, make it safe and secure and reduce unreasonable discomfort, risk or difficulty. All you have to do is confirm the job’s been completed to your satisfaction and we cover the cost.
There are two levels to Home Assist covering everything from internal and external plumbing and drains, electrics and central heating right the way through to vandalism, break-ins and even storm damage.

Home Assist Cover: Protection against bursting or sudden leakage of internal water pipes or failure of domestic hot water heating, failure of or damage to underground drains or sewers, failure of your main services, damage to or mechanical failure of the only accessible toliet or cistern which results in complete loss of function, removal of wasps nests, field or house mice or brown rats within your home, break-in or vandalism compromising the security of your home, missing or repositioned roof tiles.
Home Assist Plus cover: Home Assist with the addition of cover for the complete failure of your central heating system involving a boiler or warm air unit.
