Europ Assistance operates its customer assistance centre from its offices in Navan, Co.Meath. The building has been specially designed to offer 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year service using the most up to date IT systems and technology, enabling us to offer instant, expert and effective support to all our customers.
In order to offer such comprehensive support in one location, we employ a number of professionals from many different fields who work alongside our highly trained support staff. All of our operation centre roles are varied and, as we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we can offer a variety of work patterns to suit each and every member of our emloyees needs.
