
Europ Assistance was established in the UK in 1973. We have subsequently grown to be a leading provider of travel insurance services, roadside assistance and domestic assistance in the UK and Ireland.
While the provision of assistance is at our heart, we can complement this by carrying the risk 'in-house' meaning that we are able to offer fully integrated packages on a 'one-stop shop' basis.
The vast majority of our services are sold on a 'white label' basis through our business partners.
Our 350 employees represent a range of skills and vocations including medical, legal, insurance, sales, marketing, IT, contact centre management and many languages.
At the core of our operation we have two customer contact centres - one in Haywards Heath, West Sussex and the other in Navan, Ireland. These two centres are linked seamlessly in terms of technology and telephony to form in effect one virtual centre.
